Terms of Service – Medzuro

Welcome to the Medzuro website. By accessing and using our website or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Use of Services

Medzuro provides coordination services for medical treatment in India and support facilities for international patients. Our role is to connect patients with qualified hospitals, doctors, and care providers. We do not provide medical treatment directly, but facilitate end-to-end care coordination.

2. Information Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of all personal and medical information you provide. Medzuro is not liable for any consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete data shared by the patient or their representatives.

3. Third-Party Collaboration

Medzuro may share your information with partner hospitals and doctors to facilitate online or offline consultation and treatment planning. This is done solely to assist in providing the best care. We do not operate through third-party agents. Any payments should only be made to:

• India Medzuro Wellness Private Limited (India Office)
• Medzuro Wellness PTE Limited (Global/Local Branch Offices)

Do not make payments to any third-party individuals or agents. Medzuro will not be responsible for any unauthorized transactions.

4. Medical Services Disclaimer

While we work with reputed hospitals and doctors, we do not control or influence medical decisions or outcomes. All diagnoses, treatments, and procedures are the sole responsibility of the treating medical professionals.

5. Refund Policy

• If a treatment plan is cancelled before admission or surgery, and after proper workup, our doctors advise not to proceed, Medzuro will refund the advance amount paid (excluding investigation or service costs already incurred).
• No refunds will be provided for:
  • Online consultations
  • Completed treatments/surgeries
  • Services availed (accommodation, transport, translation, etc.)
• Any disputes about refunds must be raised within 7 days of service cancellation.

6. Patient Responsibility

• Book their own air tickets
• Ensure timely arrival for appointments
• Coordinate visa extensions via email only
• Make sure all travel and visa documents are valid
• Bear the cost of overstay fines or flight rescheduling

Medzuro is not responsible for errors in ticketing or missed flights due to delays, traffic, or personal mistakes.

7. Death or Complications Clause

Medical treatment always carries inherent risks. In the unfortunate case of a patient’s death, Medzuro is not liable for refunds. We will assist in explaining the cause and coordinate funeral arrangements in line with the patient’s religion. All repatriation or funeral expenses must be borne by the family.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes related to services offered by Medzuro shall be heard only in the courts of Jaipur (District Court), Rajasthan High Court, or the Supreme Court of India. We do not recognize the jurisdiction of any foreign country, as the operations, payments, and treatments are conducted in India.

9. Changes to Terms

Medzuro reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site or services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
